Who we are
Bespoke Design & Co is a design and web business based in Yorkshire, UK. We are responsible for the personal details you share with us. To contact us about your data, call or text 07922 571423, or email [email protected].
What we collect
When you ask for a free mock-up, a quote or anything else, we collect what you send us: usually your name, business name, phone number, email, town, website or social page, and your message. If you become a client, we also keep the details needed to do the work and to invoice you.
Why we use it
To reply to you, design your mock-up, send quotes and proposals, carry out the work you ask for, take payment and keep our accounts. We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in running the business, and on our contract with you once you're a client. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the business: Google for email and calendars, WhatsApp if you message us there, Square for card payments, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and visitor stats
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 2 years. Client records and invoices are kept for 6 years, because the law requires it for tax.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted where we're not required to keep them. Just call or text 07922 571423, or email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
